The art center aims to preserve the heritage and to be an inspiration source for visitors and artists. From the outside, the proposal it is materialized with a floating platform that integrates the ruins and a tower that arise in the spirit of medieval times reinterpretated to become a comtemporary milestone. From the inside, in the seek of respect and harmony with history, the aim is to reduce the building contact points with the ground to the maximun and at the same time to generate a full integration with the ruins while touring the art center. A constant through the project are transaparencies, neutrality and a sensible aproach to natural light privileging the fantastic views into the sea.
